The most significant insider transaction on today’s list was reported in a series of Form 4 filings by Hill Path Capital Partners LP.

The investment company reported a total of roughly $10 million in purchases of Dave & Busters $PLAY.

Senior Vice President Les Lehner also filed a Form 4, reporting a purchase of roughly $400,000 in PLAY.

The only 13G on our list today was filed by RA Capital Management LP, which revealed an initial 5.32% ownership stake in Design Therapeutics $DSGN.

We continue to see insider activity in the wood pellet producer Enviva Inc $EVA.

Earlier this week, Jeff Ubben reported the purchase of $10 million worth of shares.

Yesterday, the CEO, executive vice-president, and president filed three separate Form 4s reporting purchases worth a combined $756,617.

Seeing this kind of insider buying from both corporate executives and activists in the same week really stands out.

Over in Washington, there was some activity from Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina, who disclosed purchases in:

  • CF Industries Holdings $CF
  • Golden Ocean Group $GOGL
  • Nucor Corporation $NUE

Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville has also been active lately as he just filed a Periodic Transaction Report declaring the purchase of two stocks:

  • United States Steel Corp $X 
  • Microsoft $MSFT

Last but not least, there was bullish flow in Pinterest $PINS, DoorDash $DASH, and Halliburton $HAL.
