The largest insider transaction on today's list is a Form 4 filing by Ares Management LLC.

The hedge fund reported an additional purchase worth roughly $1.1 million in Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings $CCO, increasing its total stake to 9.34%.

Impactive Capital filed a 13D for Asbury Automotive Group $ABG, revealing an increase in ownership from 8.6% to 9.95%.

Senior Vice-President Earl Childress and Director Steven Webster both filed Form 4s reporting small purchases in the oil and gas stock Oceaneering International $OII.

The only stock that saw notable options flow Friday was the cannabis company Tilray Brands $TLRY.
