Another Hedge Fund Is Into FRPT

The largest insider transaction on today's list is a Form 4 filing by Daniel Durn, the CFO of Adobe $ADBE.

Durn reported a purchase worth roughly $936,357. He was appointed CFO this time last year.

Armistice Capital filed a 13G revealing a significant increase in its ownership stake in Freshpet $FRPT.

Armistice now owns 5.50% of outstanding shares, representing an increase of about 1,850,000 from its last reported share count on June 30.

Interestingly, Armistice is the second hedge fund to disclose a material position in Freshpet since last week.

On Thursday, Jana Partners filed a 13D revealing a 9.60% stake in the pet food company.

Director Morris Foster disclosed a purchase of 18,000 shares, equivalent to $306,040 in the oil and gas exploration and production company Comstock Resources $CRK.

There isn’t much happening in the options market, but we did see bullish flow in Cano Health Inc $CANO and Vodafone $VOD on Friday.
