The most significant insider activity on today's list comes in a Form 4 filing by Kelcy Warren, the executive chairman of Energy Transfer $ET.

Warren reported a purchase worth roughly $29.2 million.

Alexis Maged, vice-president at Owl Rock Capital Corp $ORCC, disclosed a purchase of 33,435 shares of his company’s stock in a Form 4.

PAR Investment Partners filed a 13G for CarGurus $CARG, revealing an increased ownership stake from 9.1% to 10.1%. 

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Pinterest $PINS, Robinhood $HOOD, DraftKings $DKNG, and Starbucks $SBUX.
