Four ELAN Insiders File Form 4s

On Thursday, we mentioned the purchase made by the CEO of Asana $ASAN, Dustin Moskovitz, of $350 million  of ASAN stock through a private placement.

Moskovitz has completed the Form 4 filing.

The trustee of American Homes 4 Rent $AMH reported a purchase of approximately $422,203 in a Form 4.

Here’s The Hot List, with data through September 9, 2022:

Wellington Management Group LLP filed a 13G revealing an increase in the ownership stake in Coterra Energy $CTRA to 10.16%.

The CEO, the executive vice-president, the chairman, and one independent director of Elanco Animal Health $ELAN all filed Form 4s disclosing purchases of company stock, with a combined total of $1 million.

Over in Washington, there was some activity from Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina, who disclosed purchases in:

  • FLEX LNG Ltd $FLNG
  • Golden Ocean Group Limited $GOGL
  • GlaxoSmithKline plc $GSK
  • Hess Corporation $HES
  • Kinder Morgan $KMI
  • The Mosaic Company $MOS

  • San Juan Basin Royalty Trust $SJT
  • Vector Group $VGR

Last but not least, there was bullish options flow in Vale S.A. $VALE, Colgate-Palmolive $CL, Pinterest $PINS, and Wendy's $WEN.
