Carl Icahn Buys More SWX

The most significant insider transaction on today's list comes in a 13D from Carl Icahn, who increased his ownership stake in Southwest Gas $SWX by 1%.

Icahn now owns 9.7% of outstanding shares, up from the 8.7% he reported on August 16.

The president and CEO of Harley-Davidson $HOG filed a Form 4 revealing the purchase of about $1 million in shares of the motorcycle manufacturer.

Independent Chairman Robert Mylod continues to build a position in Booking Holdings $BKNG.

When we combine his latest filing with the purchases reported on August 31, he’s accumulated almost $3 million worth of stock over the past week.

In a Periodic Transaction Report, Rep. Alan Lowenthal of California disclosed purchases in the world's largest producer of animal medicine and vaccinations, Zoetis $ZTS.

In the options market, IVERIC bio Inc $ISEE, Rivian Automotive $RIVN and T-Mobile $TMUS witnessed bullish flow.

The only stock that saw bearish flow was CommScope Holding Company $COMM.
