Activist Cevian Buys More ALV

The largest insider transaction on today's list is a Form 4 filing by Cevian Capital.

Cevian reported an $11.4 million purchase in Autoliv $ALV, the world’s biggest manufacturer of airbags and seatbelts for cars.

Intel $INTC CEO Patrick Gelsinger filed a Form 4 reporting a $500,000 purchase of the chip maker’s stock.

AltraVue Capital filed a 13G disclosing a brand new 5.21% stake in AerSale Corporation $ASLE.

Director Byron Spruell of Aon plc $AON reported a purchase of 400 shares of his company’s stock in a Form 4 filing.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Dorian $LPG, Juniper Networks $JNPR, Pinterest $PINS, and Suncor Energy $SU.

There was also bearish flow in Clarus Corporation $CLAR.
