Bill Gates Buys Even More ECL

The largest insider buy on today's list is a Form 4 filing by Bill Gates, who revealed an additional purchase in Ecolab $ECL worth $19 million.

This is the third Form 4 filed by Gates in the last five days, as he continues to add to his position.

Fairmount Funds Management LLC filed a 13D revealing a 20% ownership stake in Viridian Therapeutics $VRDN.

Jupiter Asset Management Ltd filed a 13G revealing a 10% ownership stake in the data processing company Kyndryl Holdings $KD.

In its latest Form 4 filing, IAC Inc. reported a purchase of 283,400 shares, equivalent to roughly $10 million, in MGM Resorts International $MGM.

The firm now owns 64,380,802 shares, representing a roughly 15% ownership stake.

Another 13D was filed by Biglari Capital Corp, which revealed an ownership stake of 9% in the restaurant chain operator Cracker Barrel Old Country Store $CBRL.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Ford $F and Lufax Holding $LU.

There was also bearish flow in Carvana $CVNA, FS KKR Capital Corp $FSK, and Ares Capital Corporation $ARCC.
