The most significant insider activity on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by QH Hungary Holdings Ltd, which reported purchases worth roughly $9.2 million in Quaker Chemical $KWR.

The firm now owns 4,440,989 shares, representing a roughly 22.50% ownership stake.

MFN Partners LP filed a 13G revealing a passive ownership stake of 11% in the freight transportation company XPO Logistics $XPO.

The chairman and CEO of American Assets Trust $AAT, Ernest Rady, filed another Form 4 reporting a purchase of about $303,000 worth of his own stock.

This is Rady’s 15th Form 4 filing in the past six months.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Cisco Systems $CSCO, ON Semiconductor $ON, and the English football club Manchester United $MANU.

There was also bearish flow in Carvana $CVNA and Desktop Metal $DM.
