Baker Bros Doubles Its Immunocore Position

The largest insider transaction on today’s Hot List is a Form 4 filing by Nimish P. Shah, who reported an additional purchase of roughly $1.4 million of Tricida $TCDA.

The only 13D on our list today was filed by Baker Bros Advisors LP.

The hedge fund revealed an ownership stake of 9.90% in the mid-cap biotechnology company Immunocore Holdings $IMCR.

The filing shows an additional 2.16 million shares owned by Baker Bros, as the company has just about doubled its position.

In another Form 4, Bryant R Riley, the chairman and co-CEO of B. Riley Financial Inc $RILY, reported a purchase of approximately 20,200 shares in the small-cap rental and leasing services company Alta Equipment Group $ALTG.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Rivian Automotive $RIVN, Peloton $PTON, and the cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase Global Inc $COIN.
