Today’s Hot List is a short one.

Patrick S. Barrett, executive vice-president and CFO of OceanFirst Financial Corp $OCFC, revealed a purchase of approximately 10,500 shares in his own stock.

Senvest Management filed a 13G revealing an ownership stake of 5.1% in Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp $VAC.

An executive vice-president and an independent director of Bankwell Financial Group $BWFG both filed Form 4s reporting small purchases of their own stock.

Another 13G on our list was filed by Pfizer Inc, revealing an ownership stake of 6.70% in the small-cap biotech company Akero Therapeutics $AKRO.

In the options market, there was bullish flow in Alto Ingredients $ALTO and Nikola Corporation $NKLA.

On the other hand, there was bearish flow in the mega-cap healthcare company Bristol-Myers Squibb $BMY.
