William Griffith, director of Procore Technologies $PCOR, revealed an acquisition worth $24,499,487 in the cloud-based construction management software company.
The CEO and the CFO of Dun & Bradstreet Holdings $DNB both filed Form 4s reporting considerable purchases of their own stock.

Carl Rickertsen, independent director at MicroStrategy $MSTR, revealed a purchase of approximately 4,000 shares in the Bitcoin proxy.
We’ve seen a handful of MSTR directors and executives purchase shares recently.
It’s unlikely all these insiders are buying stock in their own company if they are about to be margin-called.
In another Form 4, the executive chairman of Avis Budget Group $CAR disclosed purchases totaling about $5 million of his own company.
Last but not least, there was bullish options flow in Southwest Airlines $LUV, DraftKings $DKNG, and Twitter $TWTR.
There was also bearish flow in the world’s largest athletic apparel company, Nike $NKE.
