Column Group Makes a Big Biopharma Move

The largest insider buy on today's list is a Form 4 filing by Column Group, which reported the purchase of approximately $5.8 million in NGM Biopharmaceuticals $NGM.

Kevin Riley, the CEO and president of First Interstate BancSystem $FIBK, revealed a purchase of approximately 2,900 shares in the regional bank.

There was also some insider activity reported in the small-cap staffing services stock HireRight Holdings Corp, as Stone Point Capital purchased about $1.5 million worth.

The CEO of Beachbody $BODY disclosed a purchase of $1.2 million of his own company's stock in a Form 4 filing.

In the options market we saw bullish flow in Core Scientific $CORZ and the oil and gas refiner Sunoco $SUN.

There was also bearish flow in Park Hotels & Resorts $PK and the small-cap chemical company Lightwave Logic $LWLG.
