Coinbase Co-Founder Makes $25 Million Buy

The largest insider transaction on today's Hot List is a Form 4 filing by the co-founder and director of Coinbase Global $COIN, Fred Ehrsam, who reported an additional $25 million purchase of his own stock.

Abdiel Capital Advisors LP revealed a purchase of approximately $14 million of Appian Corporation $APPN in a Form 4 filing.

Deep Track Capital LP filed a 13G revealing a 5.37% ownership stake in the mid-cap biotech company Madrigal Pharmaceuticals $MDGL.

In his latest Form 4, activist Daniel Asher revealed an additional purchase of roughly 21,200 shares in B. Riley Financial $RILY, as he continues to build a position.

Both the chairman & CEO and the chief operating officer of The Beachbody Company $BODY revealed purchases for a combined 1 million shares in Form 4 filings.

In the options market, we saw bullish flow in the cloud computing company Snowflake $SNOW and the biopharmaceutical outfit ACADIA Pharmaceuticals $ACAD.
