National Amusements Adds to Paramount Global Stake

The largest insider transaction on today’s list is a Form 4 filing by the media holding company National Amusements, which reported a $20 million purchase of Paramount Global $PARA.

National Amusements now owns over 32 million shares of PARA, which represents an ownership stake of about 5%.

In its latest 13D, Baker Bros Advisors LP reported a 31.60% ownership stake in the small cap biotech company Kodiak Sciences Inc $KOD.

Impactive Capital disclosed a $6 million purchase of Avid Technology $AVID in a Form 4 filing.

The firm now owns more than 7,000,000 shares, which represents an ownership interest of 15%.

The only 13G on our list was filed by Strategic Value Partners, LLC, which revealed an ownership stake of 10.20% in CBL & Associates Properties $CBL.

Last but not least, there was bullish options flow in the power producer Vistra Corp $VST and the retail brokerage Robinhood Markets $HOOD.
