The CEO, chairman, president, and three directors of B. Riley Financial Inc $RILY filed Form 4s revealing purchases of their own stock.

Of the six insiders, the largest splash was made by chairman and CEO Bryant Riley himself. He reported purchasing over $10 million worth of shares.

Whenever we see this many insiders buying at the same time, we want to pay close attention.

What do they know?

Blackstone Holdings III LP filed a 13D revealing a 7.5% ownership stake in the health information company Sema4 Holdings Corp $SMFR.

The chief executive officer of Stifel Financial Corp $SF disclosed a purchase of 10,000 shares of his company’s stock in a Form 4.

In another Form 4 filing, the senior vice president of General Electric $GE reported a buy of $547,455.

Another name that stands out is the mid-cap credit services company SLM Corporation $SLM. Impactive Capital LP just disclosed an active ownership stake of 6.8% in a 13D filing.

In the options market, we saw bullish flow in the electric vehicle maker Rivian Automotive $RIVN and the hardware and software provider Dell Technologies Inc $DELL.
