Options Traders Are Bullish on Uranium Stocks

April 8, 2022

The largest insider transaction on today's list is a Form 4 filing by Durable Capital Partners LP.

After disclosing a purchase of roughly $25 million in Duolingo Inc $DUOL, the firm now owns 9% of the language-learning platform.

Inclusive Capital Partners filed a 13D revealing an ownership stake in the mid-cap specialty chemicals and carbon company Ingevity Corporation $NGTV.

Here’s The Hot List, with data through April 7, 2022:

In another Form 4, Durable Capital Partners LP revealed a 276,605-share purchase of Clear Secure Inc $YOU.

This brings the firm’s total to almost 11 million shares, which represents an ownership interest of approximately 11.5%.

In the options markets we saw bullish flow in Wells Fargo $WFC and some bearish flow in Apple Inc $AAPL.

One that really stands out is the call activity in Dennison Mines $DNN, as this is now the second uranium producer to experience bullish options flow this week.

Similar to Cameco $CCJ, Dennison Mines is working its way higher from a long-term rounding bottom reversal pattern.

Members of Congress remain active, as Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina just revealed purchases of two financial companies, Hercules Capital $HTGC and Old Republic International Corporation $ORI.

Rep. Foxx also reported buying shares of the tobacco conglomerate British American Tobacco $BTI.
