Mystery Chart: Buy, Sell or Hold 10/8/14 Edition

Alright guys. What are we thinking here?

Do we like this chart? Do we hate it? Do we think it goes higher or lower? How do we manage risk? Where is the entry? What needs to happen in order to change our minds?

*Note: Some of you guys, especially my closest friends (you know who you are) try to guess what these are and what timeframe we're looking at. Please don't. That's not the point. This can be anything from a stock to an ETF or a futures contract. We can be looking at anything from a monthly chart to a 1-minute chart and everything in between. The idea behind looking at mystery charts is to approach it from a completely unbiased perspective. This is why we do this exercise.
