Does This Look Like a Top or a Bottom?

Here is a nice mystery chart that I think is worth talking about. I took out the labels in order try and eliminate any preconceived notions. We don't know what the y-axis represents and we don't know what the x-axis represents. We don't know the time frame and we don't know whether this is an individual security or a relative chart. We also don't know whether this portrait is right side up or upside down.

The point of this exercise is simply to answer the question: Does this look like a top or a bottom?
