Q: How does the 30 day risk-free trial work?

Q: How do I gain access to the Members Area after signing up?
A: If you are a brand new member, you will be asked to enter an email address and choose a password when you sign up. You can access the weekly letters, chartbook, members forum, and even contact JC all from that menu.
Q: Is my membership automatically renewed?
A: Yes, every period (either quarterly or annually) your membership renews automatically. If you wish to stop the auto renewal, simply contact us and we will cancel your membership after the end of the current period.
Q: What if I have specific questions about a chart that is not listed in the Chartbook?
A: As a premium member, you have direct access to JC. You can ask him general market questions or even request a specific chart analysis. Just click "Contact JC" in the Members Area and fill out the form. JC generally responds within 24 hours or sooner.
