White Mountains Insurance Makes a Major MAX Move

The most significant transaction on today's list comes in a Form 4 filing by White Mountains Insurance Group LTD, who revealed a purchase of $59.1 million in MediaAlpha Inc $MAX.

White Mountains increased its ownership stake in MAX to 37.50%.

Biotechnology Value Fund filed a 13D for Revolution Medicines $RVMD, revealing an increase in its ownership from 1.70% to 7.10%.

In another Form 4, Gilead Sciences $GILD reported a purchase of 1,010,000 shares in Arcus Biosciences $RCUS.
