Buffett Tops Another Big Hot List
Berkshire acquired the shares over the past several trading days at prices between $57 and $60 per share.
Jeffrey W. Ubben of ValueAct Capital revealed the acquisition of 891,533 shares, equivalent to $79 million in Exxon Mobil $XOM in a Form 4.
Ubben was appointed to Exxon Mobil’s $XOM board of directors in March 2021.
The only 13G on our list today was filed by Luxor Capital Group, LP. The hedge fund revealed a 5% ownership stake in The Beauty Health Company $SKIN.

In another Form 4, Leonard Green & Partners reported a $78.6 million purchase in the multinational electrical distribution company WESCO International $WCC.
The hedge fund now has an 11.20% ownership interest.
Voce Capital Management filed a 13D revealing an ownership stake of 9.50% in Argo Group International Holdings $ARGO.
Over in Washington, there was some activity from Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina, who disclosed purchases in Alliance Resource Partners $ARLP, Kellogg $K, Pembina Pipeline $PBA, and Procter & Gamble $PG.
Last but not least, there was bullish flow in the sports betting company DraftKings $DKNG, the multinational electronic retailer Best Buy $BBY, and the retail broker Robinhood $HOOD.
There was also bearish flow in Redfin Corporation $RDFN.
